Keyword Stuffing
refers to the practice of loading a webpage with keywords in an attempt to manipulate a site’s ranking in Google’s search results. Filling pages with keywords results in a negative user experience, and can harm your site’s ranking. Focus on creating useful, information-rich content that uses keywords appropriately and in context. (Google)
The best way is, first you Google out the best tools for Keywords Suggestions and Keyword Research on the internet. I recommend “IBP and Arelis”. Its the best SEO tool a webmaster should have. Search for websites in your niche, compare them with this tool and check what keywords, meta tags they are using and what do u think will be the best among them.
Adding keywords that are not related to the content of the webpage, Repeating keywords, or adding anonymous keywords and hidding them under some image through css or blend them with the background color is also called Keyword Stuffing. Google hates that !

Hmm, SEO has never been my strong point, but I’ve always been told to always try and write for the reader, not for the search engine. Surely by keyword stuffing you’re not writing for the reader (unless you’re a good writer who can write for both
)

You will have better results if you don’t keyword stuff by repeating the same thing over & over in your content.
Use a thesaurus to come up with alternatives, so they are not repeated too often. This can result in more traffic from related keywords and phrases.
Not everyone is going to search for “desk chair” so a page with that repeated over and over will actually get less traffic than one that has varied terminology like “office chair”, “office seating”, etc.
And don’t underestimate the value of an occasional deliberate “misspeeling”.
As with anything, never overdo it, especially the misspellings, or your pages will look like they were made by an idiot.

I have seen people optimizing their pages for Twitter now. Like, they shorten the title of their post up so much so it makes it easier to be retweeted.
I just hate when people optimize it for anything other than the human. When it comes down to it, humans are going to be the ones reading the article and making use of it!

I agree. It’s stupid if people optimize for something other than the actual human. You won’t be very successful blogging and optimizing for the search engines or something else.

I agree on both of you, Alex and Caden. One should write only and only about Humans.. yeah if you can write about both its good. But optimizing pages for twitter ? wth ?

Yeah, it’s really odd that Twitter has such an impact now that people will optimize their site for an easy retweet!

Most engines ignore the keyword tags now. They know people abuse the tag. There is a lot that goes into ranking well. The “honest” guy just needs to learn how to optimize better. Google and Yahoo have millions of sites to keep track of.

I know that SEO stuffing gets your site higher in the rankings, but it is not going to keep people coming back if the writing and language is weird. SEO stuffed articles are always weird and unnatural sounding. I hate them.
