There are two basic steps to get your Plugin working..

One is to setup the main Plugin Page, these settings will work same all around the Blog.

The Main Plugin Page:

Home Title:

The Title of your Blog you want to use all around the Blog.

Home Description:

This will act as your META DESCRIPTION TAG

Home Keywords:

This will act as your META KEYWORDS TAG

Check all the three Use noindex Categories, Archives, Tag Archives. This helps Crawler to crawl only Posts, theres a duplication of Content if these aren’t checked because the Spider crawls these too and a Single Post can be crawled a number of times.
Google hates Duplication of Content, So do We !

The Post Editor Widget:

This one is a difficult part (atleast for me).

For Every Post you write, You have to scroll down your Post Editor Page to locate this section. Here you have enter the Title, Description and Keywords related to your Blog Post. Do not enter useless keywords or what so ever you think is suitable, that can lead to Keyword Stuffing. And Yes, the results are worth the effort !
