Does Google Ignores your Meta Description ?

I believe most Bloggers know Meta Tags are made for Search Engines. Lots verity of Meta Tags around WWW, but Keyword and Description are Tags we generally use for Better search Result. If you hit your Blog Domain in Google Search, Search comes up with Title and Description.
