We often find useful stuff on facebook which we want to blog about or share on the facebook. I have seen many comments below facebook videos, saying “Can I have a Youtube version, please?” and mostly the comment goes unanswered. You have to contact the person directly to ask him to upload the video on you-tube or to give you the video file over the web which is really a hectic task. So why not use Facebook videos as you-tube ones?
With FaceBook Video firefox extension, you can download facebook videos directly to your computer or embed them right away. This firefox plugin uses a greasemonkey script to do that for you. After each facebook video, either it is being displayed in the news feed, highlights or the original video location, you will see links to download, embed and convert the video!
With this extension installed on your firefox, you can download a video in .MP4 format or convert it online into a format of your choice. There are more than a dozen file formats available via Zamzar.com. Or simply click the “Embed Video” link to embed the video anywhere.
